- Another bus ride back to Rio de Janeiro
Exactly at 8 a.m. we are ready for the even more generous breakfast buffet today. Unfortunately we don't have much time to enjoy the various cakes, cakes, fruits, Minas cheese and delicious ham. After all, we have to be in the neighboring town at 10 a.m. Sao Joao del Rei be ready for our bus back to Rio de Janeiro. After the bumpy ride, we reach the bus station there, pretty shaken, but on time. The bus trip to Rio then takes a long time and is pretty uneventful.
After 5 p.m. we finally arrive at the bus station in RIo de Janeiro, quite a bit late. Now we just have to find the right bus to Leme. After a while we give up the undertaking and treat ourselves to a not too expensive taxi ride back Claudio and Lucy. There we are already expected by the two and invited to dinner right away. Our leftovers from the road complement each other perfectly and we talk about our experiences over a glass of wine. The monkeys can also be seen in the garden.
