Although it's Christmas today, there is one another long-distance bus trip at. The originally planned flight was far too expensive in the short term. So we enjoy the generous breakfast buffet at Hotel Jasy one last time and pack our rucksacks. After that, the internet connection will last for a longer period Facetime conference call with the Christmas party at home used.
We take a taxi to the bus station, where we have to wait a while for ours ultra-modern, albeit neglected, double-decker bus arrives. So this will be for the next 21 hours and driving after Cordoba be our traveling hotel.
Well, we should, because after a two-hour drive we stop at a bus terminal operated by the ExpresoSinger company and change the bus, the other one has some sort of defect. As usual, we spend the time writing and reading in a diary.
Then that follows Waiting for dinner. As always, communication is difficult, even for Mam with her good knowledge of Spanish. Shortly before 10 o'clock in the evening, the time has finally come for our growling stomachs to be released. The fried chicken, pasta salad and dessert are served very much like an airplane. There is also a much too cold glass of red wine and then the choice between a whiskey or champagne. Then it's time to try to get some sleep.
